The living room is a very spacious room with fabulous sea views and custom
made furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality dishes, pots
and silverware. The inside dinning area can accommodate 6 at the table and
2 more people at the kitchen counter. There is also a lounge area with leather
sofas, a high end stereo system, TV, DVD player and a handmade table of wood and iron.

There is also a beautiful wood burning fireplace in case you
have arrived off season or just want to feel the heat of fire. Once you exit the
living room through a glass door on the right you will reach a spacious
covered terrace with a beautiful BBQ made of stone, and an outdoor wooden
dining table for eight. The BBQ area is surrounded with Mediterranean
herbs so you just need to pick them while preparing a meal.

Going back to the villa entrance will lead us to stairs that that carry us to
three different rooms. The first door on the left leads to a bedroom with a
king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, glass balcony doors and a
smaller balcony. The view focuses on the blue waters of the sea and the
soothing green color of the olive groves.

Straight ahead there is the door that leads us to the laundry room and an
additional toilette. Here you will find a washer and dryer.
Back to the hall, the second door on the left will take us to the master
bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, and a
large balcony with a comfortable outdoor sofa, chair and table. The large
glass doors connect the room with the outside world making you surrounded
with the blue sea once you wake up in the morning. Furniture in the villa is
custom made with natural materials, earth colors, wood and stone. What
makes this villa so special are all the details and care that was put in its
construction and design.
